All purchases are made in Australian Dollars. Your credit card provider, or PayPal, will convert the currency to your own automatically upon purchase.

Please note – at this stage we are only able to supply customers who have 240v power supply. Generally this includes Australia and New Zealand. If you choose to use our equipment with another power supply you will void the Warranty for the oxygen concentrator. Please contact us if you would like to purchase the reservoir bag separately and to get advice on sourcing an oxygen concentrator in your country.

When you are ready to purchase EWOT Energy or EWOT Energy Plus, you can use the “Products” tab on the top menu bar. This will take you to a secure eCommerce shop front where you can set up an account, adjust your shipping requirements, and choose the payment method suitable for you.

All personal details you enter during the purchasing process are stored in the most secure methods currently used in best of practice eCommerce.

For payment you may choose PayPal or credit card. Our payment processor is Braintree, a highly secured intermediary between our eCommerce store and our banking partners, National Australia Bank. We do not store your credit card details on our eCommerce shop. Credit card details are held by the National Australia Bank only, again using state of the art security as standard to Australian banking policies.

In the unlikely event that you need to dispute your purchase, or transaction, you have several options open to you.

In the first instance you should contact our EWOT Australia head Office in Melbourne on (03) 9912 6422 or email at matthew@ewot.com.au for the most immediate attention to your concerns. If that contact does not resolve your issue then you can begin more formal proceedings with PayPal or your credit card provider.

If you pay with PayPal you may use PayPal’s renowned purchase dispute mechanisms. Log into your PayPal account and follow the prompts to launch a dispute.

If you pay with credit card, you can contact your credit card provider and begin dispute proceedings through them.

Delivery of your product will usually take up to 14 days, and the product is shipped in two parts from different location in Australia. The two parts may not arrive on the same day. Should there be any known delays EWOT Australia will contact you promptly. Should there be any unknown delays we will investigate as soon as we become aware of the problem.
