Refund Policy

 
 

By Australian Consumer Law 2012 we are not required to offer a refund or replacement on good where you have changed your mind. We are also not required to provide a cooling off period.

You are fully covered by our Product Warranty in the case of mechanical faults of the equipment we supply to you, or the product supplied is significantly different to the description provided.

You can choose a refund or exchange, or have the product repaired or replaced under warranty where there is a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had know about it

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t easily be fixed

Alternatively you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major we will repair the item in a reasonable time frame, under warranty. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time frame you can choose a replacement or refund, during the warranty period.
