Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for purchasing from EWOT Australia.

All purchases are in Australian Dollars. You credit card provider, PayPal, or your bank will convert to your own currency automatically. You credit card, or PayPal, will show a debit from BNAD Pty Ltd (the parent company of EWOT Australia).

When you go through the checkout you can choose your shipping method.

It is important to give a ship to address that is attended during most business hours. If the premises in unattended a delivery note will be left for you and you will need to go to the transport company office to collect your products.

We charge a standard rate throughout Australia as our product is shipped from two locations – the oxygen concentrator is shipped from Melbourne while the reservoir bag and attachments are shipped from the Gold Coast.

Since the items are shipped direct from the two factory locations they may arrive on different days.

Total time between purchase and delivery is usually 14 days. If we become aware of a delay we will contact your immediately. If you have not received either part of your delivery within 14 days, please contact us on (03) 9912 6422 or matthew@ewot.com.au so that we can investigate and advise you.

The oxygen concentrator box is large and around 20kg. Care should be taken while handling and unpacking. When you open the box you will find directions for safe unpacking of the oxygen concentrator. Please follow these instructions explicitly.

The reservoir bag is in a smaller and lighter box. Again, instructions for unpacking, mounting or hanging and setting up the rest of the equipment are provided.
